I booked queen room with double beds, balcony at front, a kettle. The location in a shopping area was prime and there were the main shopping centre and shopping centres nearby. Found time to see All Saints, that's within a close distance from the property.

The standard double room had central heating and TV, facilities worked for us. It had exceptionally comfortable beds. Particularly good central location really close to the main Shopping Centre, beaches and the seafront and the high street. We saw Southend Pier, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Came here for 1 night stay, had an amazing experience. Queen room with balcony at front was the best. The staff was excellent, always on hand when needed. The location was central, near seafront and High Street, town centre and sea front and shops and the seafront. It also was close to the beach. Thanks very much, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Overall, it's good choice for exploring Southend-on-Sea attractions. The rooms are immaculate, the location is marvellous. The comfortable bed, best I've ever slept in. Every time in Southend-on-Sea I stay in this hotel.
